Secured access with login and password

For each event several levels of login and password exist.
  • System administrator = creates events
  • Event administrator = reads & writes event info, registrations, activities
  • Guest user = reads only
  • Participant = reads and writes his/her registration data
  • Coordinator = reads and writes several registration data
  • Direct access = for specific URL (for a specific event) direct access for un-registered participants can be provided.

  • Customize the registration form of each event: add fields according to the data information you require

Activity management

An activity is a name, a location, a time, a date, a description, a question
  • Create and name activities as desired and add them to the registration form (e.g. workshops, dinners, sports activities etc.)
  • Place activities into the final personalized participant agenda
  • View the numbers of registrations per activity
  • Use the activity management tool to:
    - easily register or delete participants from an activity
    - book activities into locations (meeting rooms, restaurant etc.)

Contracted hotels can be represented in the database:
